Business Development Executive
The responsibilities include the following:
1.Business Planning (CMS/ CRM/ WEB SERVICES)
a Segmenting the market on various parameters
b. Conducting SWOT analysis for various markets.
c. Offering Strategy
d. Develop strategies for approaching various markets
e. Analyze the various markets/clients on the revenue generation parameter.
2.Drive Marketing Campaign Conduct campaigns to promote various services.
3.Prospect engagement
a. Plan on the resources required both technical as well as field resources.
b. Conduct regular discussions with the Client to satisfy his requirements better.
c. Offer solutions and proposal strategies to the Client.
d. Drive Engagement to Closure.
4. Drive/Monitor Customer Satisfaction Ensure that the customer's expectations are not just met but exceeded.
6.Manage Revenue and Expenses.
7.Take responsibility for Profit and Loss of Line of Business.
